Task Description : This was a task where I had to write something and add similes  in it . For my one I did the Aurora that has been appearing a few days ago, but now its gone . In this I have learned heaps about the aurora sky because i also put some facts about it Too. This was really fun to do !

Task description : In this task I learned to match similes by picture but I kinda knew how to do that before .This was a fun activity but I took a bit of time to figure out how to put the photos next to them . I needed to put it underneath the text so some of the text and pictures at the bottom are separated.I also took 2 photos because 1 wouldn’t show all of them.

Task Description :This task was a bit confusing but I managed to figure it out . The last page was a bit hard so it took a bit of work to finish . I don’t really know very many metaphors so I just went with the flow and tried my best .It didn’t take a while to finish but I still got confused a few bits  at the end and at the front page where it said “a sea of faces”. What would you do if you got stuck  on your metaphors ?

Task description :  This task was easy but on the last page I got a bit stuck on what to type in .  In this activity I learned To match similes correctly and understand them deeply . This was fun and short but I still think it took me quite long  to figure out what to type in on the last page . What would you write on the last page ?

Task Description : this task was a poster for the korero this week as you can see the korero is lest we forget . In this activity I learned how to use Canva better and  how to find images that have no background  on them . This activity was fun to do and i learned some more new things on canva .I did a poppy background because I thought it would look really nice , and it did !

In order to explain to you what happened in the past  76 days ? Yep 76 days . Camp was one of the funnest events , and longest lasting events that I’ve  been through . This term was not that bad , don’t look at the weather once  its autumn though . Lunches have improved ! we now have loaded wedges and bacon macaroni  , my personal favourite is probably loaded wedges , the  ham tastes so good ! Not soon after we got a new student , her name is Keisea  , is that how you spell it ? I just checked and my spelling is correct ! My new teacher , Miss Tumahai is a nice teacher , she is that kind of teacher that is kind if you behave . I sat at the table a little bit out of the class room , if you’re wondering why its like that, its for more space and  we are in a space with 2 classrooms so we should be fine . We renovated the seats for like i have no idea maybe like 3- 4 times I cannot promise  how many times .  This term was a bit confusing at the start but I managed to  get used to the daily basis and expectations . I enjoyed this term with new friends a new teacher and a fresh start to the year . I also am friends with some of the year fours that joined the mix year 5 and 4 class of mine . my class room is close to a basketball court and a Jedi ball court . I did not  go on the basketball court except  when it was Friday sports rotation  . We now go for jogs around some pillars that are near  the space , and we have sports rotation every Friday , It’s  really fun. I enjoyed every bit of this term ! I loved how the camp went smoothly with fine weather and I have finished my photo pea project from creative space .  I hope the ending of  term 1  will go smoothly .

Task description : Yesterday my class started drawing a gingerbread house , so that we can write and describe the ginger bread  house that we drew on a piece of paper  . I hope that you can do it too because it was really fun and you can also improve your describing I you do it a lot but I’m not sure if u can do it a hundred times .

Task Description this task is just easy actually and really fun I got to play a simile and metaphor game ! I lost 8 out of 11 eggs ! I did not win but that is  alright its not a big of a deal anyways because it is just a game ! I had great fun learning all types of similes and metaphors . I learned that similes and metaphors are really useful for my stories that I will make in the future .
