Oxford place value

Task description : In this task we used Oxford maths to look at numbers in the 1 million place value. We took 4 screenshots of the different values of each number. on the first screenshot we only screenshot the number with no other value . On the next 3 screenshots we show the value of one number. In this activity I learned that the value of one number isn’t actually how many ones, tens  or hundreds are in the number. Oxford maths is a website you can go and  practice your maths several different ways. Or your teacher can sign you up to Oxford maths  and assign you digital worksheets and tests to practice your maths.

This  task was fun to do since we could have a loom around in other countries such as Greenland , Iceland or Australia .I added lines from my special places to new Zealand . the marker with an adult and a child is school and the other places are places where I visited or my home country .As I was doing this lots  of memories flooded back , like the time I went to Hong Kong Disney land as a child . Or that one time I went to Singapore with my grandparents and family members. Using my maps you can add places where you wanna go or places you already have been to for memories .
